BATTLE OF THE SOMME ANNIVERSARY
'Commemorate the Somme' Resources
It is important we pass the torch of remembrance through successive generations.
Please educate your children and grandchildren through these fun activities.
Please send photos of your crafts to gallery2020@goli.org.uk along with the name and age of the maker.
A suggested template that may be used for Acts of Remembrance on 1st July.
A prayer for the occasion written for the Anniversary will be added on 24th June.
Those involved in the Great War received medals to mark their service.
Design a medal for today's heroes.
