For people to hear God’s voice: Lord we believe You are speaking through this pandemic. May people not miss Your message. Direct them to the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make them wise unto salvation. Cause many to consider the brevity and uncertainty of life, the certainty of death, judgment and eternity and therefore of their need to trust Christ today.
For a turning to Christ: Loving heavenly Father, please pour out Your saving grace and bring many people into Your kingdom in an extraordinary way. We especially pray, as the apostle Paul did, that our brethren and our fellow countrymen would be saved.
For a seeking first of God’s kingdom: May Your people be so revived in their love for You that by Your Spirit, they may be enabled to be effective witnesses to others of your salvation. Heal our land spiritually.
For church leaders faced with the challenges of social distancing: We pray that the Holy Spirit would help them to creatively minister at this time. Provide them with words of hope, and equip them to love and serve those around them.
